Your Guide to Local Farmers Markets

‘Tis the season for delicious locally grown fruits, veggies and flowers!  If you’re looking for a local Farmers Market where you can purchase everything from centerpiece wildflowers to fresh cheese, read on!

The Boylston Farmers Market will open on July 11 and runs through October 3 from 10AM-1PM on Saturdays at 10 Church Street Town Commons. 

The Holden Farmers Market runs every Tuesday in the Damon House Parking Lot from 3-6:30PM from May 5 through October 27. 

Every Wednesday from 2-6PM and every Saturday from 9AM-2PM from June to October, visit Leciester Farmers Market located at 1230 Main Street, Castle Restaurant Parking Lot

Located at Ski Ward Ski Area at 1000 Main Street in Shrewsbury, you will find the Shrewsbury Farmers Market every Wednesday from 2-6:30PM from June 17 through September 30.  Not only can you buy your specialty produce and honey and soaps, but you can come into the café for ice cream or a glass of wine or beer!

The Sterling Farmers Market is located at the Butterick Municipal Building at 1 Park Street at Sterling Town Hall.  It’s open from May 15 through October 30 every Friday from 3-6:30PM.

This year, Pinecroft Dairy located at 555 Prospect Street in West Boylston is hosting a Farmers Market every Sunday from 9:30AM-Noon.  It will be open from June 14 through October 11.

From July 11 through August 29 on Saturdays from 10AM-1PM, you will find a Farmers Market on the lawn of the Worcester Art Museum at 55 Salisbury Street in Worcester.

The Canal District Farmers Market is open Thursdays in July and August from 4-7PM and year-round on Saturdays from 9AM-Noon.  It’s located in Kelley Square – 138 Green Street in Worcester.

Hanover Insurance at 440 Lincoln Street in Worcester hosts a Farmers Market on Thursdays from 4-6PM from June 18 through October 29.

The Main South Farmers Market runs on Saturdays from 9:30AM-1PM from June 13through October 31.  It is located at the Fuller Family Park (behind Central Community YMCA) at 104 Murray Ave. in Worcester.

Worcester’s Westside Farmers Market is located at 306 Chandler Street at the Beaver Brook Park Parking Lot on Mondays from 9:30AM-2PM from June 15 through October 30.

Finally, you can visit the Worcester Commons behind City Hall on Main Street on Thursdays from June 18 through August 20 from 11AM-2PM for their Farmers Market.
