Catholic Charities of Worcester County. We provide Thanksgiving and Christmas Day dinners with the Bishop at St. Paul Cathedral for people who would otherwise be alone on these two holidays. Catholic Charities volunteers serve the noontime sit-down dinner to those with access to transportation at the Cathedral of Saint Paul in downtown Worcester.

Holiday Meals Delivery
With the assistance of hundreds of volunteers and sponsors, we provide more than 6,500 meals on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. These meals are delivered to homebound elders and physically disabled individuals who would otherwise be without a holiday meal.

Thanks to the generosity of local parishes, retailers, and individual donors, each year Catholic Charities distributes Thanksgiving baskets and brand new Christmas toys to families and children in need during the holidays.

53rd Annual Westborough Community Thanksgiving Dinner

All are warmly welcomed – please call for a reservation & transportation! For more information contact Dinner Chairperson Roberta Brown at Rbrown67@verizon.net or call 508-330-8200. This free holiday gathering is open to all members of our community and is made possible by a broad coalition of local service organizations, many volunteers, and generous local sponsors. On the menu: Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegetables, fruit cup, cranberry sauce, apple cider, fresh rolls, and pumpkin pie. Free transportation is available to and from the dinner; just ask when you call for your reservation.
Reservations are highly recommended! Call 508-366-3000 by noon on Friday, November 22 to save your seat.

Open to all current and former members of the armed services, or their surviving spouse, in need of food for their household. Only the actual Veteran should register for this event, not household members or those coming to assist them. They will provide food for a Thanksgiving meal, including a turkey and all the sides!
