YOGA FOR LITTLE KIDS AND BIG KIDS (Westborough)

Description

Kids can join Certified Children’s Yoga Instructor, Adrienne Mandigo, for yoga and mindfulness. Yoga activities are a great way to learn about fitness, relaxation, and meditation – while having fun at the same time! There are two separate classes for two diffferent age groups. Please make sure to register your child in the correct class.
