Lunar New Year Program at the EcoTarium

Description

The EcoTarium invites you to our Lunar New Year celebration, featuring a live Lion Dance performance by the SUN Lion Dance Team from the Southeast Asian Coalition of Central Massachusetts (SEACMA)! Join us to experience special educator-led programs and tabletop activities where we’ll discover cycles in nature and movement in space!

Schedule:

• 11:00 am – Science Discovery: Cycles in Nature
• 12:00 pm – Lion Dance Performance
• 12:30 pm – Science Discovery: Snakes
• 2:45 pm – Science Discovery: Gravitational Dances

Ongoing Activities, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm:

• Pocket Solar System
• Solar Scopes/Telescopes (weather dependent)
