Summer is a time for family-friendly fun in the sun, and there's no better way to enjoy the warm weather than by attending outdoor concerts. Worcester, Westborough and Shrewsbury, are cities that offer a variety of outdoor summer concerts that cater to families. With a range of musical genres and entertainment options, there's something for everyone to enjoy. These concerts are a great way to spend time with loved ones while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. In this article, we'll take a closer look at some of the best outdoor family-friendly summer concerts in Worcester, Shrewsbury and Westborough, MA.

Monday

Wednesday

  1. Patriotic Pops Concert with Fireworks. Institute Park (Worcester) July 3
  2. Summer Concert Series July 10-31, 2024. Join us in air-conditioned comfort at Loring Auditorium, 65 Briarwood Circle, Worcester.  Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM, July 10 through July 31.  A different theme and singers each night - all spectacular!

Thursday

  1. ‘Out to Lunch’ Festival and Farmers’ Market (Worcester). The City of Worcester and the Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District are excited to announce the Out to Lunch Festival and Farmers' Market series will feature 6 weeks of live performances, crafters, food vendors and farmers, Thursdays, July 11 - August 15, 2024 (Rain Dates: August 22 & 29) on the historic Worcester Common Oval. The festival will take place on those dates from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This summer marks the 14 year celebration of the wildly popular festival series which has grown from a single event featuring a handful of vendors into a multi-week local extravaganza including sensational talent, delicious food, handmade crafts and more!

Sunday

  1. Jazz in the Park: Celebrating Great African-American and Latin-American Musical Influences (Institute Park, 82 Salisbury Street, Worcester). July 14 at 7pm.
  2. Salute to Disney. Institute Park, 82 Salisbury Street, Worcester, July 23rd at 6:30pm.
