Maple sugaring is an exciting and educational process that takes place every spring in Massachusetts. - Old Sturbridge Village (Sturbridge, MA) - Maple Days events every Friday - Sunday, February 23rd - March 17th. Included with standard daytime admission or Village membership. 508-347-3362
- Hardwick Sugar Shack (572 Jackson, Hardwick, MA, 28 miles NW of Worcester) - Small family farm producing pure maple products with an open house every Sunday in March from 11-4pm. 413-477-0932
- Woodville Maples (217 Wood St, Woodville, MA, just east of Worcester) - A small, family-run sugar house producing local, pure maple syrup and honey. We are located in Woodville, Massachusetts, a village of Hopkinton. Other products available include maple lollipops, raw honey, and bees wax. Sales by appointment only. - Maple Ledge Farm (131 Vinton Rd, Holland, MA) - Visit on the weekends in March. We will be boiling and making syrup. We will have candy and maple cream available. We start the season with tapping trees. Come see how it’s done, and start the season with us on February 17th from 11am-3pm. - Bruce and Sully's Pure BS Maple Shack (149 Central Street, Auburn, MA) - Free tours, demonstrations, tastings, sap gathering and hearty laughs. - Blackstone River and Canal Heritage State Park (287 Oak St, Uxbridge MA) - Learn how maple syrup is made! Free tours will be offered at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and 2 pm, and last about 90 minutes. Tours include indoor and outdoor elements. First come, first serve. Appropriate for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Reasonable accommodations are available upon advance request.
