Other celebrations:

Shrewsbury 4th of July Celebration 2016 – On July 4, 2016 from noon-4PM at Dean Park located at 785 Main Street in Shrewsbury, the town of Shrewsbury will present a town celebration.  The celebration includes music by Crystal Entertainment, decorated bike and doll parade, inflatable amusements, cookout, face painting, and fun. 

Edaville USA – Red, White and Blue Days - July 1-3, 10-5pm.  Edaville USA invites you & your family to our park for a full weekend of traditional patriotic family fun! Make sure to wear red, white and blue attire as we Celebrate July 4th for the entire weekend, enjoying over 90 attractions!  Edaville Tid Bit: Wear your sneakers, you may just encounter some fun patriotic competitions throughout the day!

Old Sturbridge Village- Independence Day Celebration from July 2 through July 4.  Old Sturbridge Village will be open every day from 9:30AM-5PM.  A martial band leads the citizens’ procession as they march through the streets.  Cheer during a rousing patriotic reading of the Declaration of Independence and sign a giant reproduction of the document.  March with the Sturbridge Militia.  Play old time “base ball”.  Watch music and other special performances on the Common.  You can learn more at www.osv.org

Red, White and Fun! Event at Michael's Store in Millbury- Saturday, July 2nd.  
10-12pm kids 3 and up can make a craft stick American flag at Kids Club. 1-3pm makers of all ages can make a red, white and blue tie die t-shirt and decorate 4th of July cookies.  Cost: $2 per project, supplies included. Supplies included with the cost of the t-shirt ($3.99)

All American Jump and Jive Jig at Barnes and Noble in Millbury- Friday, July 1st.  
Come jump and jive as we celebrate Independence Day as we read about different dances from Maine to Alaska! 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM, All ages welcome. Drop In.  Free

Parade at Toys R Us Auburn- Saturday, July 2nd.  July 4th parade with Geoffrey at noon!  Get a free pinwheel (1 per child)
