The purpose of this group is to develop a support network of Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Caregivers and others in Worcester County, Massachusetts. Our group is open to families in Worcester County and those considering moving here. We are inclusive of all families. Topics can include sharing kid-friendly events, seeking out recommendations, sharing informative articles or information, planning meet-ups/playdates or other parenting topics. - Shrewsbury MOMS of Special Kids

The club is organized for the purpose of sharing friendships, encouraging personal and cultural achievement, as well as charitable and civic participation. - MOPS in Holden
We are a diverse group of moms from Holden and the surrounding towns, including Paxton, Worcester, Shrewsbury, West Boylston, and beyond! We attend a variety of churches and welcome all moms, regardless of where you are in your faith journey. Meetings are 1st, 3rd, and 5th Thursdays at 7:30 pm - 9 pm. - Worcester Family Partnership playgroups
Worcester Family Partnership is a MA Department of Early Education and Care grant to provide support services to families with children birth to school age. They offer weekly free playgroups for parent and child as well as family literacy, family recreational activities, parenting workshops and more. - YMCA Family & Community Partnership Program (YFCP)
Provides free support, activities, education and resources/referrals to all families with children from birth through school age in the following 15 communities: Auburn, Berlin, Blackstone, Boylston, Douglas, Grafton, Hudson, Marlborough, Millbury, Millville, Northborough, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Sutton, and Westborough. - Westborough Newcomers Club Each month our Club offers a variety of events ranging from adults-only night out parties to family and children tailored events. Events in the past have included the Annual Fall Kick-Off Party, Holiday Brunch, Trivia Night and Family BBQ’s. We also have a number of interest groups that meet on a monthly or bi-monthly basis like book club, bunco, men’s night out, ladies’ night out, craft group, and running/walking group. We are always looking for new ideas and new interest groups based on feedback from our members, so please let us know if you have any suggestions! We are not just for those who are new to town! The Club is open to any resident of Westborough. Standard Family Membership: $50
- MamaConnect: Shrewsbury, Northborough, + Surrounding Towns The core mission of this group is to build meaningful community connections - we do so through in-person gatherings for local moms. We are focused on creating local community connections in Shrewsbury, Northborough, and other surrounding towns. Note that currently, all gatherings take place in Shrewsbury - so you must be close and able to join us in town.
Our primary focus is on connecting moms with young kids, who may not have a solid community surrounding them yet. And as we all know, we NEED community to thrive as mothers.
In order to join, you must:
-Be a mom to at least one child under the age of 10.
-Live in Shrewsbury, Northborough, or a surrounding town.
-Have a strong desire to meet other local moms to build lasting connections.
-Be committed to following our group norms: We create space for everyone to be heard. We listen with compassion, don't seek to be right, and keep everything said in the group, within the group. We seek to listen, validate, celebrate, and support. - MetroWest MOPS & MOMSnext MOPS based in Hopkinton - Affiliated with Vineyard Church, connects moms to one another through quality, in-person gatherings. We meet twice per month and provide childcare. Moms with school-aged children are also welcome for MOMSnext. We meet on Wednesdays, September through June! Message us for more info about joining.
