This sour cream pumpkin bread recipe is handy, especially for the holidays. Here are just a few ways you can use it:

Sour Cream Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup of butter (soft)
  2. 3/4 sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 tsp. vanilla
  5. 1 1/2 cups of flour
  6. 1 tsp. baking soda
  7. 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  8. 1 cup pumpkin puree
  9. 1/2 cup Hood Sour Cream
  10. 1 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, sea salt and pumpkin pie spice
  4. Combine mixes
  5. Mix in Hood Sour Cream and pumpkin puree
  6. Pour mixture into a greased mini loaf pan
  7. Bake 50-55 minutes
