- Every Saturday in 2018 - 52-Week 5K Series at Worcester State University at 9am. $5/non-members, $1/children
- April 14 - Patriots Day 5K for Friends of Fitchburg in Fitchburg at 11am. 10 & above are $20, 9 & under are free
- April 14 - Sterling Recreation Road Race at 9am. $25 for the 5K run, $20 for the 5K walk
- April 21 - 2nd Annual Chelsea's "Keep Smiling Beautiful" 5K Walk at 11:30am and Run at 1pm in Lunenburg. $25/person
- April 28 - 2018 5K Run & Walk for Autism Acceptance at Quinsigamond State Park in Worcester at 10am. 5K Run is $30/person and the 5K Walk is $10/person. Kids fun run obstacle course starts at 11:15am for $5/child ages 3-12.
- April 29 - 4th Annual "Making Strides for Mayo" in Holden, 5K and 1K Kids' Run at 9am. 1K kids fun run is at 9am ($10/person) and the 5K walk/run is at 9:30am ($25/person).
- May 6 - 1st Annual Color Run in Shrewsbury at 10am, 5K run/walk for ALL ages beginning and ending at Shrewsbury High School. $25/person, online registration
- May 12 - Holden Christian Academy 5K Run/Walk in Holden at 9am. Awards given in all age groups for the top runners. 16 & above are $27.37, 15 & under are $11.58
- May 12 - Assumption Color 5K in Millbury at 10am. $25/person
- May 12 - 11th Annual Shrewsbury Road Scholars 5K/Fun Run at 9am (Oak Middle School). 1 Mile -- T Shirt Included $20.00, 1 mile -- No T Shirt $10.00, 5k $25.00.
- June 9 - A Mile In My Shoes: Kennedy CHC Walk/5K Run at 8:30am in Worcester. Free activities (Free activities include a Paw Patrol bounce house with appearance by Chase from Paw Patrol, face painting, book giveaway, readings, henna, and more!); $5 walkers; $10 runners
